Measure 1: Completer Effectiveness and Impact on P-12 Learning and DevelopmentÌý
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Annual Impact Measure 1 assesses the effectiveness of program completers in contributing to P-12 student learning and development. This measure evaluates the extent to which graduates of educator preparation programs (EPPs) positively influence student achievement and growth in their classrooms.
To determine impact, 51ºÚÁÏÍø collects and analyzes data through a Completer Effectiveness Study. Additional data is collected through the Transition to Teaching Survey and the Employer Surveys which are conducted annually.

Measure 2: Satisfaction of Employers and Stakeholder Involvement
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Annual Reporting Impact Measure 2 evaluates the satisfaction of employers with program completers and the involvement of stakeholders in the educator preparation process. This measure reflects how well 51ºÚÁÏÍø Teacher Education Programs align their practices with the needs and expectations of schools, districts, and the broader educational community.
To assess employer satisfaction and stakeholder involvement, 51ºÚÁÏÍø collects and analyzes data from various sources, including The Transition to Teaching Survey and the Employer Survey. Additionally, minutes from stakeholder meetings can be found below.

Measure 3: Candidate Competency at Program Completion
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Annual Outcome Measure 3 evaluates the competency of teacher candidates at the time of program completion. This measure ensures that candidates demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional dispositions to be effective educators upon entering the workforce.Ìý
To assess candidate competency, 51ºÚÁÏÍø Teacher Education Program collects and analyzes multiple data sources including performance on the Praxis Performance Assessment of Teachers (PPAT), the Candidate Pre-Service Assessment of Student Teaching (CPAST), and Praxis Content exam pass rates.
Measure 4: The ability of completers to be hired in the education positions for which they have been prepared
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Annual Outcome Measure 4 evaluates the extent to which program completers secure employment in education positions that align with their preparation. This measure reflects the effectiveness of 51ºÚÁÏÍø Teacher Education programs in producing graduates who meet the hiring needs of schools and districts.
